Train, Support, and EMPOWER!

Our employees are our most important asset. We are dedicated to the safety of our employees, our clients, and visitors to our job sites. With enhanced safety features in the technology we utilize and proper training, our team ensures that each job is designed and installed with the highest level of compliance and safety standards in the industry.

All of our employees are trained to follow OSHA requirements for safety at the job site or residence. In addition, a team of skilled Journeyman Electricians and electrical laborers follow the current State and National electrical code requirements; ensuring that each solar installation is completed with long-term safety in mind.

SAFETY

National Electric Code and State and Local COMPLIANCE ensures the safety of our clients and employees.

Solar Installation Safety

Our sales team performs thorough site evaluations in order to calculate the potential hazards that exist at a job location. Those hazards can include faulty wiring or hazardous roof conditions. The site evaluation allows the team to design a solar array that is code compliant while offering solutions to improve the safety of the location. Having a clear picture of the site prior to installation is critical in order to ensure the health and safety of our team members and our clients. Our honest sales approach results in fewer risks for our employees and the solar system owners.

COVID-19 SAFETY

We are trained in COVID-19 Safe Practices

Sol Luna Solar follows all State, Local and Federal mandates regarding COVID-19. In an effort to ensure the health and safety of our team and clients we utilize resources from OSHA and the Centers for Disease Control. Our team meets daily to discuss and emphasize Covid safe practices. We work to ensure that all employees feel safe and supported during the Pandemic. While we can not eliminate all risks we have worked diligently to follow the safety standards presented by our state and local leaders.
